If you decide later to upgrade to Premium or Pro for longer sessions and more RAM, we'll ask for payment then — but upgrading is 100% optional. The free tier has no expiry date, no feature lockouts after X days, and no pressure to "unlock the full experience." It's just free.

Create your account with just an email and username. Verify your email (one click), log in, and hit Start Server. No address forms, no phone verification, no quiz about your hosting needs. We respect your time and privacy. The less friction, the faster you're playing.

Your server subdomain is based on your username, so pick something memorable. Once you've created your account, you can start, stop, and renew sessions from the dashboard whenever you like. Your world data is stored permanently, so you're never starting from scratch.

No hidden fees or surprise charges

Some "free" Minecraft hosts sneak in charges for basic features like subdomains, automatic backups, or world downloads. playfree.uk includes all of these in the free tier. Your personal subdomain is automatic. Your world is saved every time the server stops. You can download your world files from the dashboard any time you want. No upsells, no paywalls.

The only paid options are Premium and Pro, which give you longer sessions (75/90 minutes) and more RAM (3 GB / 4 GB). They're completely optional. If 45-minute sessions and 2 GB RAM are enough for you, you'll never pay a penny.
